Facebook User Data Deletion

Wing It respects your privacy. If you have interacted with Wing It through Facebook or Instagram and would like your associated data to be deleted, please follow the steps below.

Automatic Deletion

If you remove the Wing It experience from your Facebook account, Meta will automatically revoke permissions and delete tokens, which stops our system from accessing your data. You can do this from your Facebook settings:

  1. Open Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings.
  2. Select Business integrations.
  3. Find Wing It and remove the integration.

Manual Deletion Request

To request manual deletion of any data Wing It may have received via Facebook or Instagram, send an email to privacy@wingittx.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address or phone number associated with your Facebook account.
  • Any relevant screenshots or User ID provided by Facebook.

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 business days. Once your request is fulfilled, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
